Why I Started Easy Gluten Free Hub

I created Easy Gluten Free Hub because gluten‑free living can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re short on time, energy, or money. Most gluten‑free blogs focus on recipes or restaurant reviews, but real life isn’t always like that. Sometimes you just need:

  • A quick supermarket dinner.
  • A safe snack for work.
  • A product you can trust.
  • A clear answer to “Is this gluten free?”
  • A simple meal idea that doesn’t require baking.

Easy Gluten Free Hub is here to make everyday gluten‑free living simple, practical, and realistic — without fuss, without complicated cooking, and without expensive ingredients.

My Promise to You

  • I’ll always keep things simple and practical.
  • I’ll only recommend products I genuinely use.
  • I’ll focus on real meals, real supermarkets, and real life.
  • I’ll help you feel confident, supported, and able to enjoy good food every day.

Gluten‑free living doesn’t have to be complicated. I’m here to help you make it easier — one meal at a time.

What You’ll Find Here

  • Real‑life experience — Two decades of gluten‑free living, feeding a whole family from the same table, and keeping meals practical and realistic.
  • Budget‑friendly ideas — I shop at Aldi, Tesco, Morrisons and Home Bargains, so everything here is simple, affordable, and easy to find.
  • Clear, honest guidance — No jargon, no medical advice — just everyday tips that make gluten‑free living feel manageable and stress‑free.
  • Tried‑and‑tested reviews — I only recommend products I’ve actually used, cooked with, or eaten myself, so you know exactly what’s worth buying.

Why you can trust me

I’ve been gluten free for almost twenty years — long before supermarkets stocked gluten‑free food on their regular shelves. Back then, if you wanted bread, you had to visit the Chemist, and it genuinely wasn’t worth the extortionate price. It was dry, crumbly, and honestly quite awful. I’m so glad we’ve come such a long way. Now we have almost the same choices as everyone else — pasta, bread, pizza, cereals, biscuits and more.

If you want to check me out further, you can visit my knitting and crochet blog, Knit Crochet Create or find my knitting and crochet best‑selling books on Amazon. I’ve worked with most major craft magazines as a designer or editor — including the prestigious Woman’s Weekly magazines, where I was a knitting editor for many years.

I’ve decided to share my gluten‑free life here on Easy Gluten Free Hub so you can enjoy simple, delicious meals without the fuss.
